Q1: How long will it take to receive my order?

Q2: Do you offer free shipping?

Q3: Where is NestlePets located?

NestlePets is a United States based online pet store offering a carefully curated selection of high quality pet products with shipping available across the United States.


Q4: What if I receive a defective product?

If your item arrives defective or damaged in any way, we'll replace it at absolutely no cost to you. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@nestlepets.com and we'll sort it out right away.


Q5: Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

Yes. You have a 24 hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at nestlepetsco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help.


Q6: What is your return policy?

We offer a straightforward 30 day return policy. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For full details please visit our Refund & Return Policy page.


Q7: When will I receive my refund after returning a product?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction on their end.


Q8: Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?

At this time we ship exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand to more regions in the future so stay tuned!


Q11: Do you have a physical store location?

No, NestlePets is an online only store. This allows us to keep our prices competitive and offer a wider range of products for your pets.


Q12: Can I place a bulk order for my business or organization?

Absolutely. We welcome bulk orders and are happy to discuss pricing and arrangements. Please reach out to us directly at nestlepetsco@gmail.com with your requirements and we'll get back to you promptly.


Q13: What is the process for exchanging a product?

Q14: How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that number to monitor your delivery through our Order Tracking page at any time.

NestlePets reserves the right to cancel or place a hold on any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. For high value or flagged transactions we may request additional identity verification before processing.
